PLEASE NOTE: Property is located in a quiet neighborhood, this is not a party house. Please help us respect our neighbors by keeping music and shouting to a minimum. The house was amazing. We stayed here for a bachelor party. The house was only 20 minutes from everything. There were plenty of activities to do at the home. More than enough space to sleep 11 adults comfortably. We made great use of the golf simulator and movie theatre during down time. I would recommend this house to anyone going to Scottsdale. Book early because this house will book fast.

This house has it all. It’s wonderful. Such a fun place to stay if you’re looking for a very comfortable but also active home experience. So much to do! So well thought out. The rooms are amazing. They are each like very upscale resort casitas. Very private, comfortable and well appointed. This home is great for large families. Personally I hosted an executive retreat there and it was great. 7 of us all had wonderful time together but plenty of privacy and comfort individually as well. Having eight bedrooms was just amazing.

Just stayed at this Airbnb and it was amazing. The house was spotless, with tons of bedrooms and bathrooms—perfect for a large group. Everything felt brand new and well thought out. The amenities were a huge bonus: great pool, beach volleyball court, and an awesome location. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible stay at this vacation rental! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property is locally managed with care and attention to detail. This place is spectacular. I used it to host my staff retreat. It was spacious, beautiful and had all the amenities one needs. There are tons of pool toys, basketball court, pickle ball, fire pits outdoor kitchen… it was like staying in a private resort. What a treat it was.

Wow - what a find. We were a group of 8 business people travelling from across the US and Canada for a meeting in Phoenix. This is an incredible property……equivalent to a 5* hotel but the bonus of us being able to connect together which isn’t as convenient in a traditional hotel scenario. I would highly recommend this location. It’s a memory maker!

This was the perfect setting for a guys' getaway. Our favorite parts were the outdoor aspects -- pool, hottub, basketball hoop, pickle ball, fire table, and outdoor patio lounge area. At the same time the house has a beautiful interior, with comfortable and modern furniture throughout. The kitchen layout is very user-friendly and sensible. All of the bedrooms are spacious and have their own dedicated bathrooms and temperature control, which was very convenient. The "secret" home theater room was fun. There is enough space for several vehicles in the front driveway. Heather was always available and in touch with us in close to real-time for any questions. Great place, would come back again without hesitation!

What a special place. We had 5 families totaling 17 guests and it was a spacious home making it feel more like our private resort. We used every inch of space from the secret theater room to the volleyball court. Never felt crowed, always a private space to relax in the sun or shade. Entire house was well appointed and kitchen/BBQ were perfect for group meals. We literally stayed on campus two full days never wanting to venture out. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Great location between 101 and 51 making easy access to all of the Valleys attractions. Can’t say enough about our host Heather, the upmost professional in timely communication before during and after. Lots of communication on recommendations. The house was spotless and the beds were fantastic. We will be back next year or sooner. What a special place.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property! From the moment we booked until the end of our stay, Heather’s communication was flawless – she was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond. The property had so many fantastic amenities, and we truly appreciated that all the necessary equipment was provided by the host. The house, yard, and pool were spotless and impeccably maintained. The layout of the house was perfect for our group, with each of us feeling like we had our own private suite and plenty of space. We’re already looking forward to returning!

this property was absolutely amazing! we were able to settle in and felt right at home. the backyard was the perfect oasis to relax and unwind after a day of meetings during our corporate retreat. we also had a private chef come in and the kitchen was perfect with everything you need when you're away from home. we had a few minor requests during our stay and the host was responsive and everything was resolved much quicker than expected. I can't recommend this property any more and we are very excited to return soon!
