There is plenty of outdoor covered seating between large island area, outdoor dining table and sectional equipped with a 75” TV for entertainment. Indoor Luxury: The property was professionally designed and furnished with guests’ ultimate experience in mind. With 5 bedrooms in the main house and 3 casita bedrooms you and your guests will each have your own private space within the 6,000 sq ft interior. Each of the large primary bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. Our unique bunk room is large enough for 3 sets of custom made full size bunk beds, a dedicated game area, and closet area. House Rules - Quiet hours begin at 10 pm per city mandate. No speakers outside after 10 pm - No amplified speakers allowed at any time - We do not allow parties or events. Maximum number of guests allowed on property is 20 - House is monitored with exterior cameras for guest safety and security - Pool safety fence available by request. Please watch children around pool - Pool decking is slippery when wet
